UNIFORM TRAFFIC TICKET AND COMPLAINT (Form 17-4R)

Group 16) is useable for traffic or parking violations.
Each ticket is a set of four pages, and every 25 tickets is
bound together with a two-piece cover. There is space to crash
imprint your county and your city, village or township. On
the next line we imprint your court name plus the city where
it's located. The court address goes near the bottom.
As with all our tickets, there is no extra charge for
consecutive numbering and up to five lines of crash imprinting.
Stock tickets are shipped within seven business days
from time the order is received.
