MISSISSIPPI TRAFFIC TICKET - DRIVING UNDER THE
INFLUENCE (Form MS-DUI-4) is a four-part form. (Price
Group 16) The face of all four copies is shown at right.
The backs of the first two copies ("Original/Affidavit"
and "Commissioner's Copy") contain a record of the
defendant's attorney or a waiver of right to an attorney.
The backs of the last two copies are blank.
The citation is approximately 4.25 inches by 9.25 inches
before being torn at the perforation and is booked in sets
of twenty-five. As with all our tickets, there is no extra
charge for consecutive numbering and up to five lines of crash
imprinting. Stock tickets are shipped within seven
business days from time the order is received. |
