TEXAS GENERAL PURPOSE CITATION (Form TX-14-4) is a
four-part form on white-canary-pink-gold. The citation is
4.25 inches by 8.5 inches before being torn at the perforations.
Each book contains 25 tickets. (Price
Group 11)
The back of the white copy has a Disposition Report. The
back of the canary copy has space for Officer's Notes. The
back of the pink copy is blank, and the back of the gold copy
has information for the offender.
As with all our tickets, there is no extra charge for
consecutive numbering and up to five lines of crash imprinting.
