UNIFORM TRAFFIC TICKET
AND COMPLAINT (Form 17-4R) (Price
Group 16) is our general all-purpose citation, useable
for traffic or parking violations, and gives all the information
you need to comply with most state's guidelines. Each
ticket is a set of four pages, and every 25 tickets is
bound together with a two-piece cover. As with most of
our tickets, there is space to CRASH imprint 1) your state,
2) your county, and 3) your city, village or township.
In the next line we imprint the name of your court plus
the city where it's located. The address of your court
goes near the bottom. And, as always, there is no charge
for up to five lines of CRASH imprinting and consecutive
numbering. |
